JMTC’s polymer particulation technique is capable of making polymer particles from resin pellets or powders. The size is controllable sub – 100 mm by changing the conditions.

This technique is applicable to a wide variety of polymers or resins. JMTC is developing unique polymer particles featuring high heat resistance or high strength, PES (polyether sulfone), PAI (polyamide imide), PPE (polyphenylene ether), PLA (polylactic acid) .

Adding these polymer particles can improve properties (mechanical, optical, thermal) of product such as film, adhesive, or coating materials.
